Bad Mummy
This is what happens when I go upstairs to put J down for a nap and check my email - Bean falls asleep! I left her happily playing on her mat, after a few minutes I noticed I couldn't hear anything so I looked down the stairs (you can see the living room from the top of the stairs). Sorry about the focusing issues at the start, it is a very picky camera in its old age. I remember when J was this age and hearing the slurping noises from his room when he found his thumb - so cute!

To sleep per chance to dream
I have been dragging myself around today - Miss Bean has suddenly decided to wake multiple times per night.
This is not good - this is bad - She is almost 4 months old - and we are done with multiple night wakings - we are down to one sometimes none!
Last week we had one night of 3 wake ups, then 5 wake ups, then she fooled me into thinking it was a hiccup in the system but last night we were back to 4 times! Ry finally gave up and just got up at 7 - when Jackson woke from all the racket - yet Bean decided to o back to sleep till 8 - grrrrrr!
Last Wednesday night I got a total of 3 hours of sleep - and most of it in 30-45 minutes stretches - may I just add that the human body does not function on that little sleep. I was a grouchy bear all day - my poor babies and then my poor hubby ;-)
I am not a drinker usually but once Ryan came home - I had some mommy juice (aka Malibu and juice - which happened to be pineapple/mango - I closed my eyes and put myself on a beach - far away). A little rum, and then some tylenol and advil to take the roaring headache away and I was at least able to smile at my hubby ;-) Luckily today Ry and I had a wingman so that when one lost it the other could jump in!
Please may tonight be good!

I'm in Love
I am in love with cleaning products and not just any products.
I have been introduced to method. They produce good for the environment yet still effective cleaning products.
Ahhhh the lack of smell is wonderful, Usually my nose burns and runs every time I clean. Then the back of my throat starts to hurt. I have tried many different products in my lifetime and I have never been symptom free after cleaning. Now I am - I can spray and wash till my neatness runith over!! The only lingering scent is of clean! The products themselves do have some scent (with the exception of the 'get naked' stuff) but the smell doesn't hang around long and it is usually things like mint, or lavender so not offensive or perfumey(spell?).
Locally you can get them at Shopper's Drugmart if you are looking for them - clean away my friends clean away!

Mama mia!
Ah let the good times roll!
I am so tired I resorted to caffeine and it still isn't doing much.
Bean was up most of last night - she has been refusing to eat which means she is hungry at night - she was down to one feeding at night but last night she was up several times. I also didn't get to bed early enough so I got a huge total of 4 hours of broken up sleep.
My patience is thin and Bean is screaming in the other room so I should go see what is upsetting her so much - she is still refusing to eat much today so I don't hold out much hope for tonight.
J-man is looking at me right now and chanting "Happy me, Happy me" - just when you think you're going to lose it they do something cute and make me smile!

Yeah for Thursday!
Why yeah?
No reason - just trying to remain positive!
Since I lost all my links when the computer died I am trying to find all the blogs I used to visit - not an easy thing as I read quite a few. So if I haven't been by in a while it is because I can't find you. I also am enjoying not being as computer addicted. I get so much done when I'm not reading 25+ blogs! Tonight I just spent over an hour trying to catch up - I also posted on J & the Bean but sorry no new photos because I can't find the photo file on the computer yet - Ry will have to show me where all our retrieved files are.
Before I sign off and go have dessert with Ry - a J-man story!
Tonight my little angel(ha ha) was having his bath. He had just been on the potty as we are starting the process of getting him out of diapers(and with J this will take awhile!) While on the potty he let a few toots out which kind of surprised him and made Ry and I giggle. We got him into the bath a few minutes later and toss a few toys in to let him play. We notice him straining a little - I am all prepared to grab him from the tub as poo in the tub is not my idea of fun! But instead he lets a toot out. Now my boy has never done this in the tub and was fascinated by the bubbles. So he kept trying to make more bubble appear - luckily he didn't leave anything special in the water! Crazy little guy!

Money money money money....money
Sing it like the song from Apprentice.
Apparently this is the year to spend money not save it.
I started the day going to the dentist for what I thought was a quick visit and turned into 3 needles and 60 minutes of fun ( can you feel the sarcasm?)
Then the check engine light came on in my car - so off to the Honda dealership I went, as I didn't want to be halfway home and have my car die. I had both kids in the car and no stroller in the trunk - it also was raining like crazy out, so walking down the side of the road wasn't on my top 10 list.
$430 later I had some new sensor thingy - the good thing about having 2 kids with me - I got FAST service. I let J-man run around the show room putting his stick fingers all over the cars LOL. Actually I tried to keep him contained but as it was an unscheduled stop I had no toys or snacks. Good thing I can abuse the cute factor - I would have been in big trouble if they were ugly kids ;-)
I am trying not to feel discouraged right now. The last 3 weeks we have been slowly draining our savings account to the point where it is almost nonexistent. I feel really stressed about this as our family vacation is in jeopardy. My parents and sister said they wouldn't go either if we can't go. I appreciate their thoughtfulness but I also feel pressure now to save every penny as if we don't go our whole family won't go.
Oh and to top off my day I think my period is back - what the heck?????

What I should be doing
...is laundry or cleaning something up but instead I am here on my computer ;-)
Ry and J-man went off to church this morning without Bean and I. We want to do a Costco run today so we were aiming for the early service but Bean decided she wanted to nap...and nap...and nap. So I stayed home. Most of the time I end up in the mother's room anyway so I lack the motivation to go to church these days. Our church puts the service online in a podcast like thing so I may try and listen to it later this week.
Bean is stirring now so I should go feed her and get a snack ready so that when my boys come home we can jet off to Costco.
